Pillar of Fire School and Residence: A One-story school building and a one-story residence to be built in Buchanan, Liberia, Africa. The proposed school building has a floor area of 3,900 square feet and the residence a total area of 1,700 square feet.
Shamrock Technologies Addition, Mill Platform, and Monorail System: A one-story addition for an industrial building located in Newark, NJ. This included the design of an indoor steel mill platform supporting a cyclone and an overhead monorail system. The roof structure of the addition was built with cold-formed steel (CFS) rafters supported by a combination of steel beams, steel columns, and reinforced concrete masonry walls.
Chase Bank Somers NY: A one-story commercial building with an approximate area of 3,900 square feet. The building was designed to be built with prefabricated cold-formed steel (CFS) roof trusses supported by a steel frame system resting on concrete footings bearing on natural soil.
832 River Rd Underground Garage: A one-story underground residential garage with a 1,800 square footage. The roof of the garage is below the ground level and was designed to support a maximum of 12 inches of soil plus sedum.
